Information we collect
We collect account details, assessment responses and scores, saved journey content, coaching requests, payment references, email-delivery records and technical security information needed to operate the service.
How we use it
We use information to authenticate users, generate personalised content, restore purchases, process payments, send service emails, provide support, prevent fraud and improve reliability.
Processors
The service uses providers including Supabase, Stripe, PayPal, Resend and Vercel. Payment-card details are handled by payment providers and are not stored by Human Needs Roadmap.
Storage and retention
Account and journey data may remain until the account is deleted. Payment, security and dispute records may be retained where reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance or support.
Your rights and choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data, subject to lawful retention requirements. You may also stop using the service and request account closure.
Local storage and essential cookies
The application uses essential authentication cookies and browser storage to maintain sessions, assessment progress and purchased access. These are necessary for core functionality.
